The Leading Hand is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the workshop, maintaining high standards of maintenance and repair while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
A day in the workshop could see you:
- Lead and mentor a skilled team of technicians, driving safety, productivity, and growth.
- Oversee equipment maintenance to maximise uptime and operational efficiency.
- Accountable for workshop safety, managing incidents and ensuring compliance.
- Manage shifting priorities while maintaining top-quality work and meeting targets.
