Your Business:
The Everyday Business Banking team supports the full spectrum of customers? needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. We have accountability for Cash Management, Payments, Business Lending and Commerce Solutions as well as managing the end-to-end business customer experience. The team is also responsible for the delivery of analytical capabilities to support our business customers.
Your role:
The Business Banking Remediation Team is a remediation centre within our Everyday Business Banking team. The Remediation Team is responsible for the management and execution of remediation activities.  These activities can range from simple customer payments to large complex projects covering multiple product lines and business units.
The Manager, Incident Triage & Controls Uplift , will be a dynamic member of a fast-paced team responsible for:

Prioritising risk reduction activity across Business Banking;
Understanding and defining problems that arise from potential incidents identified
