To come and join the fun, we accept walk-in’s to the restaurant for our table service menu or, if you’re just looking for a coffee and pastry to go then our takeaway and retail shop has you covered!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Bayleaf is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team.
We are seeking someone who is experienced, passionate, driven and who can lead a team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer enquiries.
• Support recruiting, hiring, supervision, scheduling, development, mentoring and training of hourly employees.
• Proper managing and reporting of all revenue and costs ensuring they are in line with the budget and/or guidelines.
• Ensure that company policies and procedures, safety and other laws, regulations, and requirements are implemented and followed.
• Complete opening and closing procedures
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
WHAT YOU NEED:
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management
• A minimum of two years’ managerial experience working in a fast pace, high-volume restaurant
• Good communication skills
• Outstanding customer relations
Salary Expectation: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum
