We are seeking qualified Maintenance Fitters, Fabricators & Electricians to join our Maintenance team at our Inverell Processing Facility
About the Role
Our Maintenance team is currently looking for qualified Tradesmen in the below roles:
- Fitters
- Fabricators
- Electricians
In this role you will undertake a wide range of preventative maintenance and supporting of the day-to-day production requirements.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Responding to breakdowns quickly and effectively - Demonstrating strong fault finding and problem resolution capabilities to ensure minimum downtime of all plant equipment;
Working constructively and co-operatively within a team environment; Alignment and focus on safety and safe working methods;
Undertaking preventative and routine maintenance schedules;
Working with our Operations team to ensure continuous improvement initiatives are identified and introduced wherever practicable.
About You To be successful in this role you will have:
Current Trade Certification
Highly developed fault finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand production processes and requirements
Commitment to complying with Company Policies and Procedures and relevant legislative requirements
Reliable and proven work history
Ability to work as part of a rotating roster and undertaking of weekend maintenance work
Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable but not required
