Job description:

• Formulate ideas and concepts for advertising tactics and campaigns including ideas for community involvement through media, marketing, internet, and high-level events.
• Conduct marketing research in the corporate cleaning and maintenance industry, including research of potential markets, offers of similar products, and prices to determine areas of growth and expansion for the company.
• Define the strengths and weaknesses of various ideas to determine the best options and analyse them to ensure that they fit within the company image.
• Develop further strategies and create proposals and plans, including detailed timelines and schedules, ensuring it will remain according to set budget.
• Assist with the management of production and distribution of regional marketing campaigns, including creation of print media and electronic media.
• Overseeing the execution of strategies and campaigns and collection of data to measure effectiveness.
• Analyse and present the results of campaigns, identifying successes and determining areas for improvement, through detailed periodical reports.
• Mainlining awareness of trends and providing expert direction and insight into current and future market trends and tailoring all marketing strategies accordingly.
• Identifying gaps and areas within the market that fit with the brand to determine potential new services and further growth and expansion of the organization.
Qualifications/Attributes:???

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in marketing software, tools, and social media platform.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Creativity and keen attention to detail.


Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
