The System Administrator for the group, overseeing multiple Romano’s Pizzeria locations and two dine-in restaurants—Johnny's Kebab, Burgers & Grill, and Sinatra Pizza & Café—located in various suburban areas across Perth, WA, will play a critical role in managing the IT infrastructure, network systems, and operational technology specific to the restaurant and pizzeria industry.

Location: Multiple Locations (The Group Office is situated at 15 Treeline Pde Southern River WA 6110).
Qualification Required: Relevant Bachelor Degree( Computer Applications or IT).
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of Experience as a system Administrator.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing restaurant-specific IT infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain servers, network systems, and POS (Point-of-Sale) configurations to ensure seamless daily operations, including order processing, payment systems, and kitchen display systems at all restaurant locations.
2. Backup, recovery, and security protocols: Establish comprehensive backup solutions and disaster recovery plans to protect critical restaurant data, such as sales records, customer orders, and inventory management. Ensure that security controls are in place to prevent data breaches or system failures.
3. System monitoring and performance optimisation: Continuously monitor the performance of POS systems, network traffic, and server health to ensure smooth, efficient restaurant operations. Resolve issues proactively to prevent service interruptions during peak hours.
Security and PCI compliance: Implement robust security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls, to protect customer payment data and ensure compliance with PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards across all locations. Manage secure access to systems for restaurant staff.

Vendor and service provider management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain and support industry-specific systems, such as POS platforms, kitchen order systems, and payment processing solutions. Monitor and enforce service level agreements to guarantee minimal disruption to restaurant operations.
