The Role:
As a Business Analyst at Corptec, you’ll be pivotal in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and growth. You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather business requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement technology-driven solutions that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes, identify areas of inefficiency, and recommend solutions to optimize operations.
2. Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, translating them into clear and concise functional specifications.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze large sets of data to support decision-making, identify trends, and deliver insights to key stakeholders.
4. Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with business users and stakeholders to communicate findings and propose solutions.
6. Project Management Support: Assist in managing project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions within scope, budget, and deadlines.
7. Testing & Implementation: Oversee the testing and implementation phases, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and are successfully integrated into the company’s operations.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Qualifications: A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least two years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
3. Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and documentation. Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is highly desirable.
4. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with business intelligence tools, ERP systems, and experience working with cross-functional IT teams.
5. Work Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia.
