Looking for an Asphalt Foreman with proven experience to lead our team and uphold our commitment to safety, quality, punctuality, reliability, and respect in the workplace.
In this role, you will :
Oversee asphalt laying operations, ensuring that all work meets high-quality and safety standards.
Operate various mobile plant machinery, including pavers, rollers, skid steers, and crew trucks.
Participate in road construction and maintenance activities.
Facilitate toolbox meetings, conduct pre-start checks, perform risk assessments, and gather project-specific data.
Pay Rate:
Hourly rate of $45 - $50, plus penalties.
This includes time and a half for overtime, double time for specific hours, and public holidays.
