Hours: Part-time 3-4 days per week (between Mon-Fri) | 6:30am - 10:30/11:00am
Are you a bubbly, organised multitasker with a passion for health and fitness? Randstad is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant for a vibrant Pilates studio, where you'll play a key role being the first face customers see and keeping the studio running smoothly!
Key Responsibilities:
Enroll new members and manage their information
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
Respond to emails and assist with general enquiries, suspensions & cancellations.
Assist with studio cleanliness and light maintenance when needed
Help maintain the welcoming, energetic vibe in the studio
Communications via GROW on multiple platforms linked including Instagram, Facebook, Email etc.
