This company is a market leader in mining and commodity trading. Involved in various sites across North West QLD and around Australia they are seeking an experienced Hydrologist / Hydrogeologist for a project out of their Brisbane office.
Your new role
Working within the Water Team of the HSEC department, you will be working on surface water and groundwater management systems and projects.
This role will see you:
Plan, organise and take responsibility for hydrological/hydrogeological site investigations and assessments.
Use technical expertise to corroborate, prove, verify, confirm, and revise reports and conceptual understandings on complex surface and groundwater quality and flow aspects of different projects, borefield designs, feasibility studies, surface and groundwater modelling, contaminant studies and water resources compliance reporting.
Support the implementation and QA/QC of the information contain in the Environmental Database.
