Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Supervisor to lead the Pipe, Laser, and Brake Press day-shift team, ensuring production aligns with the daily schedule while prioritising safety and quality. You will champion ARB?s OH&S policies, assisting the Production Manager in meeting budget and output targets, and fostering a high-performance team culture.
