Ten Recruitment is searching for a Project Administrator for our commercial fit-out client to join their close-knit team based in close to Perth CBD. This position is full-time, permanent and on offer is a generous salary package of $70k - $90k, based on experience.
Your duties and skills will include:
Working closely with office staff and on-site personnel
Assisting with compiling regular project progress reports
Meeting organisation and minutes
Assisting with quality management processes
Filing and retrieving documents, records and reports
General assistance to project teams including managing leave calendar and resource tracking records, training and medicals, onboarding and inductions of new project staff
Experience with document control, ordering and purchase orders
Basic knowledge of construction and fit-out terminology
Exceptional organisational skills
