Position purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide leadership through upholding and promoting a healthy and positive culture within our Raymont College community. As the leader of a designated unit, this position works closely with the Deputy Principal and Principal to provide wellbeing and leadership across all aspects of university life.
Key responsibilities:
General Duties
Proactively lead and influence Raymont Residential College for good, and work to uphold a positive and vibrant culture in which all students can flourish.
Work effectively as a member of the Residential Assistant (RA) and Student Leadership Team. This includes displaying respect, support and cooperation with the other RAs and Senior Residential Assistants (SRA) in the achievement of their responsibilities and bringing together the Raymont community.
