Position purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide leadership across the Residential Association (Res) as part of the Res Executive (President, Vice President & Treasurer). The Res Executive is responsible for planning and organising events, as well as making decisions affecting the Res. Association between regular meetings.
Key responsibilities:
Attend scheduled training sessions and events including (but not limited to) Training week held prior to the beginning of Semester 1 Enrolment day to welcome new students
Work closely with the Res President, acting as deputy as required.
Attend all Res Meetings, taking minutes and ensuring relevant information is provided to the Deput Principal after the meeting.
Work effectively as a member of the Residential Association and Student Leadership Team. This includes displaying respect, support and cooperation with the other student leaders in the achievement of their responsibilities and bringing together the
