As a Senior System Specialist, you will play a key role in the ongoing support and operation of the Ascender/Ceridian aPay platform. Youll provide expertise in managing user requests through the Service Desk and ensure seamless integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central, learning management systems (LMS), and APIs. Your work will contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients payroll and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the operational management of Ascender/Ceridian aPay modules.
Manage and resolve user requests via the Service Desk.
Oversee the integration of SuccessFactors Employee Central, LMS, and other modules.
Provide support for system configuration, release management, and product enhancements.
Liaise with multiple business areas to align IT services with business needs.
