Office Administrator / Customer Service Officer

Latitude Recruitment is seeking an Office Administrator / Customer Service Officer.
This is full-time position perfect for someone with exceptional customer service skills who is organized, uses initiative, and can work well under pressure and to specific deadlines. ?
Responsibilities will include:

Customer service ? face to face and over the phone, processing customer orders
Inventory management ? including maintaining product data and stock on hand, by way of ordering and invoice entry
Collating, checking and processing batch invoicing and manifests for delivery schedules
Promotional data entry

About you:

Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Confident and outgoing personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Customer Service and working within a team environment


Effective time management skills and high level of accuracy
Willingness to learn about the business
