We are currently looking for experienced Linux System Administrators to work in a secure environment in Canberra, ACT.
The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting Linux-based systems to support the delivery and use of enterprise data and analytics platforms. They will administer systems using appropriate tools and techniques that conform to agreed process standards and industry specific regulations. Working in a diverse team environment, this will involve sharing outcomes and experience with others to support development and growth.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 years Linux system administrator experience
A deep understanding of systems management activities including deployment, integration and support requirements.
Proficiency in a number of scripting languages such as BASH and PERL.
Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to apply logical reasoning to overcome system administration challenges.
