AWX are seeking Skilled Civil Leading Hands working on an 18month project for a Subdivision lot in Ripley.
What you'll do:
Supervise and lead a team of Labourers and Operators on large civil construction projects.
Ensure site compliance with safe regulations and company policies. Conducting regular site inspections and daily toolbox talks.
Meet deadlines and monitor progress working closely with Project Managers and Management.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and resources as needed.
Train and mentor crew members to promote skills development.
What you'll need:
3-5 years' experience in civil minimum.
Experience in a similar role and leading a team.
Plant Operating experience preferred.
Available to work Monday to Friday and weekends as needed.
Car and current drivers license.
