About The Role As a Senior Financial Crime Specialist, you will act as a leader and support the Specialist Team Supervisor by assisting with all aspects of Support Services? whilst being an expert to support, train and coach staff to provide seamless services to our customers and sectors within Auswide Bank. You will use an investigative and solution driven mindset when examining various tasks and processes within Support Services Operations to ensure the Bank is meeting its compliance obligations and executing all components of the operational direction of Auswide Financial Crime Management, contribute to process documentation and improvement as well as providing quality oversight of complex cases through to completion.
