About the Opportunity:
Sitting within the PMO, the Software Lifecycle Management Support Lead will provide technical support and configuration management for Software Lifecycle Management tools used by EnergyAustralia. This includes updates, troubleshooting and monitoring performance of applications. Additional responsibilities include:
Lead and manage configuration changes in SLM tools, including process workflow adjustments (Planview Portfolios, Jira, MS Forms and Microsoft Power Platform)
Liaise with the users and the administrators to drive Jira enhancements and process optimisation
Create and manage new and existing user accounts and permissions to ensure appropriate access control and security compliance
Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards in Planview Portfolios and JIRA to provide the best user experience
Oversee interface performance, monitor error logs and determine necessary corrective action Liaise with appropriate individuals to correct inputs
