About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Injury and Wellness Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for managing the WorkCover Self-Insurance licence, overseeing early intervention programs, and administering WorkCover claims. This role also involves providing support in the return-to-work process for both work-related and non-work-related injuries, illnesses, and conditions.
You will act as the point of escalation for complex injury and wellness cases, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with self-insurance and government regulations.
