Roles to be filled:
We are seeking to appoint highly experienced & skilled candidates for full-time employment with a background in the Heavy Vehicle Manufacture and Repairs Industry for the following positions:
- Panel Beaters who have experience in removing damaged panels and parts and removing upholstery and accessories to gain access, removing dents by hammering panels, straightening damaged vehicles and parts using mechanical and hydraulic equipment
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must:
- Be willing to work a 38 hour week plus overtime based on Company requirements
- Have 5 years of work experience in a similar role
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as required
- These are specialised trades & 1st class tradespersons need only apply.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must be someone who prides themselves in producing high quality work with good interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude.They must be capable of multitasking, organising tasks and can work unsupervised.

- Experience with repairing damage to metal, fibreglass and plastic body work to Heavy Vehicles
- Dedicated to maintaining and promoting safe work practices
- Strong commitment to meeting customer requirements
- Must hold a trade qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Min 5 years industry experience
- High-quality tradesperson need only apply.
Applicants will only be considered if they have the relevant qualifications and a minimum of 5 years experience within the Trailer Manufacturing Industry.
Remuneration:
$70,000 and $90,000 per year Dependent on skills & Experience.
Sloanebuilt Trailers offers regular overtime based on the Companies needs, overtime is additional to the above income range.
Remuneration can be negotiated with the successful applicant at the interview stage.
Remuneration will reflect current market conditions and industry award rates. To be discussed with the successful applicant.
