OMC Australia is a long established and growing meat processing company offering an extensive range of premium beef products to the retail, food service, wholesale, domestic and export markets.
We are looking for a Permanent Full-Time experienced meat boners and slicers to add to our team for our beef boning facility in Dandenong South, VIC.
Must have/be: • Excellent knife handling skills • Proficient at removing cuts from carcass sides & quarters, using specified cutting lines whilst retaining maximum yield. • Able to pass a skills test. • Physically fit. • Willing to undergo pre-employment drug & alcohol screening.
Full time positions, Monday to Friday. Early start required (5.15am).
Salary range: $75,088 - $93,701 per year commensurate with experience
