As our client grows, they are now seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join them and work with their blue-chip client base and deliver optimal solutions for their clients, giving each client the tools they need to get results. This exciting role is full time and ongoing.
Location – Surry Hills NSW
Salary – in the range $70k-$80k plus super p.a. will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
The role:
Working with the marketing team, and more broadly, the management team, you will be responsible for supporting marketing objectives. As part of your role, you will be responsible for:
Campaign planning
On behalf of company clients,
• Identification of markets and market segments which will deliver the best opportunities.
• Identification and exploration of prospect habits including using frameworks including customer persona mapping, business model canvas, and SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
• Devising and coordinating promotional activities aimed at their target demographic. Such activities will include but are not restricted to events, conferences, trade shows, email campaigns and other face to face as well as online promotions.
Campaign Execution
• Holding responsibility for end-to-end campaign management including tracking and reporting results to management. This will include allocating and monitoring responsibilities allocated to team members.
• Management of all digital marketing collateral across company websites, social media and other digital platforms ensuring each element is on brand and aligned with campaign goals.
• Coordination of outsourced suppliers for design and production of marketing materials.
• Ensure a seamless execution meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Campaign reporting
• Track key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversions, and keyword rankings, translating data into actionable feedback to clients.
• Facilitate and manage monthly reporting check-ins with clients using a range of leading-edge tools.
To be successful in this highly demanding yet rewarding full time role, as a minimum you will need to bring the following:
• A degree qualification in a relevant field or agreed substitute.
• Working knowledge of tech solutions such as Miro and FigJam products, market analysis tools such as SE Ranking and AnswerThePublic.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years (preferably more) post qualification experience working in a similar role
• Unrestricted rights to work full time in Australia
To be considered for this critical role, we expect to see the following abilities and attributes: -
• Highly skilled marketing professional.
• Well-developed analytical skills and a solid understanding of IT and AI developments as they apply to the marketing industry and, ideally, to preferred market segments.
• Demonstrated experience running and organising marketing campaigns within budget.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to establish good working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Good knowledge and proficiency in the use of mainstream software suites and tech solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in the oversight of production of marketing collateral.
• Highly developed skills pertaining to client management and retention.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines, showing well developed organisation, problem solving, time management and reporting skills.
