Our client Impression Tiling WA [ABN 62 178 284 969] are seeking a qualified and experienced Wall and Floor Tiler to join their team. The position is permanent full-time located in Esperance WA, approx. 700 km South of Perth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review project plans and measure and mark surfaces to map out the tiling layout.
• Prepare floors and walls by removing old tiles, grout, and adhesives, filling any holes or cracks, and ensuring surfaces are clean.
• Apply adhesive to prepared surfaces and place tiles in position with precision.
• Use specialised tools to cut and shape tiles for edges, corners, and around fittings like pipes.
• Ensure tiles are properly aligned and spaced for a professional finish.
• Apply grout between tiles, then clean and remove excess grout for a smooth result.
• Apply waterproofing solutions where needed to protect surfaces.
• Install flooring made of granolithic, terrazzo, cement, or similar materials.
• Lay coloured tiles to create decorative patterns or mosaics as required.
Requirements:
• Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling and 2 years post-qualification work experience as Wall and Floor Tiler or alternatively 5-year minimum work experience as Wall and Floor Tiler.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in tile alignment and spacing.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Proficiency in using tile-cutting tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of waterproofing techniques and materials.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
