About your role:
We are expanding our Sydney team and would love to welcome an experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapist eager to make a difference and contribute to best practice. You’ll bring expertise, maturity and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services with the assistance of an OTA
- Assess participants’ emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life
- Mentor and nurture early career clinicians
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
