- Maintain F&B service standards, and ensure efficient guest registration, departure, and telephone service.
- Actively promote Sofitel practices and programs.
- Ensure that guest problems and complaints are handled in a professional courteous manner and ensure follow through by proper record keeping of the results in Trust You and internal guest feedback.
- Proactive adherence to the F&B and F/O brand standards across the hotel including guest focus, Ambassador Appearance, department organisation, and operational effectiveness.
- Lead by example when attending to guest requests.
- Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.

- Display host/hostess type qualities when taking ownership of the Hotel.
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of Sofitel Brand Standards.
- Assist the Outlets Manager with the training and development of all ambassadors while also maintaining a detailed training log.
- Follow up on all guest comments, requests and complaints while informing the Supervisor and Assistant Manager of all such matters.
