Seeking an entry level graduate who has experience in providing excellent customer service to join a reputable International betting company that growing within the Australian Market.
This role is a foot in the door opportunity for an highly driven individual to start off within a Customer Service Position with a view to branch out into different departments after 15 months as the company grows - these areas can including marketing, operations etc.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting customers enquiries through phone call, live chat and email
Taking initiative to see improvements in current processes
Work collaboratively with the wider team
Ability to work on a rotating roster (Sunday-Thursday & Public Holidays: 12PM - 10PM, penalty rates of 1.5x will be paid)
The Successful Candidate will:
Prior experience with customer service (preferably within a call centre/live chat environment)
Excellent time management and prioritisation
