Qualification & Experience Valid Blue Card Early Childhood qualification that is nationally approved by ACECQA Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required) Minimum of 3 years full-time, post qualification work experience as a Team Leader, or considerable experience as an Educator in an Early Childhood setting. Lead Educator salary is $73,150 plus Superannuation .
