Job Description
Your main duties will include;
Tenant invoice preparation, monitoring and collection
Tenant rental account reconciliations
Track lease agreements and perform rental review
Monitor and control property-related expenses, including maintenance, utilities, and taxes
Check payable invoices and perform payment on time
