Build relationships via phone with clients (Veterans and their family members) to understand their employment aspirations, and work with them to outline transferable skills for the civilian job market
Use previous recruitment, talent acquisition or employment services experience to determine the appropriate level of job-seeking support services and/or provide referral pathways to vocational providers
Write customised and professional resumes and cover letters with attention to detail
