This is a fast-paced role which will require you to work well under pressure. General duties of this position are always evolving however consist of the below

Candidate Compliance and Mobilising candidates to site.
Assisting the schedulers with administrative duties, e.g. Site forms.
Daily use of MS Office suite and Bullhorn CRM.
Answering the phone and dealing with queries.
Providing a high level of candidate care.
Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions in our CRM.
Payroll Support.
Any other ad hoc administration duties as required.

The successful candidate will have:

Exceptional organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to work in a fast-paced high
