Duties include, but not restricted to
- Weighing and measuring ingredients for preparation of baked goods.
- Making and rolling out pastry.
- Frying donuts.
- Operating a range of machinery (pie machine, pastry machine, dough sheeters, mixers).
- Loading and monitoring oven temperatures and baking times.
- Complying with food hygiene and safety requirements.
- General cleaning of equipment/machinery, floors and work area.
- Monitoring stocks to notifying management when stock levels are low.
