Job Specification: As the full-time Retail Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy's retail division, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Your leadership will be key to creating a positive team environment while delivering outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include:
Managing rosters and timekeeping for your team.
Driving the store's loyalty program and brand initiatives.
Training new staff and developing existing team members.
Overseeing stock management and merchandising.
Handling recruitment and managing workplace relations when required.
