Job Title: ICT Support Engineer

Location: Brazco International, Port of Brisbane, QLD

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled ICT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing effective support strategies, troubleshooting system issues, and enhancing our technological infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of our global business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving software, hardware, and network systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations across our international and local platforms.
• Develop and optimize operational procedures and system configurations, focusing on continual improvement of system reliability and performance.
• Provide technical expertise in the maintenance, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including desktops, operating systems, security tools, and network configurations.
• Offer targeted training and guidance to team members on new technologies and system updates to enhance team capabilities and efficiency.
• Analyze and evaluate system malfunctions, conducting detailed problem-solving sessions to address complex issues within our technological framework.
• Work collaboratively with our product development teams to integrate new technology solutions that support and drive business growth.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in the product lifecycle with a tech perspective, ensuring IT readiness and compatibility from design through to market launch.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements to drive innovations in our IT operations.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position, typically involving 38 hours per week.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation per annum.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in an ICT support role.

Personal Attributes:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
