Proven experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 to 3 years as Chef and Cook
Proven experience in Indian Kerala Cuisine as Chef / Cook is an asset to qualify you for this position
Relevant culinary qualifications are desired with at least Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, preferably an additional Diploma/Advanced Diploma of Hospitality.
Good communication skill in English and Malayalam
Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and types of equipment
Previous knowledge and experience in South Indian, North Indian, Indo Chinese added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
