Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Organisation and Methods Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to assess and improve the efficiency of our internal processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with management to identify areas for operational improvement, develop strategies, and implement changes that optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse existing organizational procedures and methods to identify inefficiencies.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
• Prepare detailed reports on findings and proposed improvements.
• Work with departments to develop and introduce new work methods.
• Monitor the impact of changes and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Provide guidance to staff on new procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with management to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial manufacturing or gas installation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in process mapping, data analysis, and performance monitoring tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with gas supply systems or industrial gas products is an advantage.
