We are seeking a skilled Electric Engineering Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in assembling and commissioning our powertrains.
Key Responsibilities:
• Powertrain Assembly: Assist in the assembly of electric motorcycle powertrains, ensuring high standards of quality and precision.
• High Voltage Handling: Safely manage high voltage systems and components, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Mechanical Assembly: Perform other mechanical assembly tasks as required to support the build and development of electric motorcycles.
• Software Commissioning: Support software-related activities for commissioning new motorcycles, including uploading and configuring vehicle control software.
• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot any issues related to powertrain systems and software commissioning.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all assembled components meet the company’s strict quality standards before final testing and validation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and software development, to ensure seamless integration of components.
Skills & Experience:
• Electrical Engineering/Technical Background: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, OR at least 3 years of full time relevant industry experience.
• Experience with High Voltage Systems: Experience working with high voltage systems (up to 400V+), with strong safety awareness and practices.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Proficiency in mechanical assembly, with the ability to follow technical drawings and schematics.
• Software Proficiency: Basic understanding of software tools related to vehicle control systems and ability to assist with software commissioning.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, particularly when dealing with sensitive high-voltage systems and critical assembly tasks.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
