Job Responsibilities
Macmahon is currently seeking a Support Supervisor to join the WAC Workshop team. This position will provide effective leadership and operational management of the support team to assist Macmahon in achieving its overall business objectives. The workshop support team comprises of planning, estimating, forecasting, invoicing, WIP management, material logistics management, tool store control and general administration.
About the role
Manage the development and estimating of scopes of works to meet customer expectations.
Review and manage invoicing forecasts.
Control of communication to customers.
Manage accurate and effective planning for the execution of workshop projects.
Provide information to workshop departments for staffing requirements according to plans and operation requirements.
