We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage an afternoon shift operations for one of our clients based on the South side of Brisbane. This role will be responsible for driving production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the safety of both team members and livestock. You will lead a team of skilled workers and help to optimise processes while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a production team to ensure daily targets for productivity, quality, and safety are met.
Oversee all aspects of the production line, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety, product quality, and animal welfare standards.
Provide coaching, training, and development to team members to improve performance and achieve business goals.
Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
