About the role: The Assistant Service Manager will help to ensure high standard of care is met across two homes near Caboolture and Deception Bay which include person centered care, responsive and support the residents with disability to live as well and independently as is possible. To help achieve this purpose, the Assistant Service Manager will provide effective support and leadership to the team of Managers and staff across the two homes. Dutiess:
Assist the Facility Manger and help Develop a continuous improvement culture and mentor teams in the resolution of disability care, issues and problems.
Build strong relationships with the wider multi-disciplinary team to facilitate the ongoing growth and delivery of quality services to residents.
Assistant and Identify and resolve operational issues as they arise.
Assist the Facility Manager with compliance with Occupational, Safety and Health requirements including appropriate Injury Risk
