The Opportunity
Were seeking a skilled Civil Trade Leading Hand to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. In this role, you'll lead crews, oversee the maintenance and installation of ITS electrical works, and contribute to high-profile projects.
What Youll Bring
Proven experience in civil construction, including leading crews
Expertise in civil labouring, including fixtures, fittings, and footings
Experience with plant operation and government/council projects (TMR preferred)
MR Licence (highly desirable)
Minimum 3 years of industry experience
Strong leadership and the ability to train and develop apprentices
Excellent quality control and reporting skills
Commitment to safety and Zero Harm
