PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with our client based in Parramatta who are a leading business supporting major key industries. They are a partnered business within Australia and New Zealand and are currently seeking a building foreman to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all work on domestic/commercial building sites, making sure projects finish on time and within budget.
Keep clients and team members updated on progress and solve any problems that come up.
Make sure everyone follows health and safety rules to keep the workplace safe.
Lead and inspire a team of skilled workers, encouraging teamwork and a positive atmosphere.
Fix problems on-site quickly and effectively.

Skills/Experience

Proven supervisory experience in the building or construction industry, specifically in domestic or commercial projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Valid driver's license and relevant trade qualifications.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience within a similar field.

Strong knowledge of building practices and safety standards.
Ability to lead a team and promote a positive work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills to address site issues effectively.
