This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media, to both customers and internal/external service partners. The suitable candidate will be responsible for:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring first contact resolution and adherence to processes.
Establishing and sustaining a positive, professional relationship with customers.
Assist customers through the buying process via online portals.
Respond to social media interactions in line with company protocols.
Log all customer contacts and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
