Our client is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer based in Canberra or Newcastle. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of comprehensive logistics solutions for a high-profile defence program. You will conduct thorough logistics supportability analyses, contribute to design processes, develop support plans, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimized system performance, reliability, and maintainability. You will be responsible for supporting ILS delivery that covers the full product life cycle, from concept to disposal.
As ILS Manager you will:
Head up and build business functionality by guiding ILS functions
Conduct detailed Logistics Supportability Analysis using techniques
Contribute to the systems engineering process and product development by providing input on logistics-related requirements
Develop comprehensive Support Plans and related ILS documentation for defence projects
Lead project teams in the development of ILSP-S and functions
