They offer personalised and exceptional levels of service while exceeding clients expectations. They are wanting to grow and expand and looking for that motivated person to come and join the team. They are looking at someone with 2 to 3 years experience as an Owners Corporation Manager that can assist with the current portfolio and take on any of the growth that comes in. Responsibilities and Duties:
Establish and maintain effective reporting relationships with relevant Owners Corporations, committees, lot owners, and other key stakeholders where appropriate
Develop, prepare and maintain budgets for individual Owners Corporations and provide reports, including annual reports if required
Prepare and distribute all written agendas, reports, minutes, special notices, postal ballots etc across the portfolio
