About the Role:
Roles in Concrete Plants are fast paced and will require you to be a strong problem solver, process driven with a high level of attention to detail.As a Concrete Production Supervisor based at our Heatherbrae plant, we are looking for a team player who can hit the ground running.
Given the nature of our business, start time will vary. Normally, you could expect to start between 5-6am, with occasional earlier starts, as well as additional overtime for late finishes & weekends.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all times
Production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
Allocating and assigning loads to drivers
