JV Recruitment are currently searching for a Team of x4 Carpenters and x4 Skilled Trade assistants for a Modular based role based in Essendon. The Duties will focus on constructing Modular pod studio homes which will be then shipped out to various locations across Australia.
The pods will be made primarily from Timber; With timber framing and bound using Metal brackets all constructed on-site. The next process will involve the basic fit-out of the pods using pre-fab materials.
This project will be ongoing for a minimum of 18 months and the shift pattern will be 7am-3.30pm with optional overtime till 5pm each time and Saturday works both frequently and optional.
Basic hand tools and tool belt will be required but all power tools and equipment will be provided onsite by the client.
