Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting meetings with clients who have booked an appointment to find out more about becoming qualified in their field.
Contacting clients who have enquired/left details to give them more information and book an appointment.
Sending out information packs
Using a CRM system to record information and provide updates to clients
Assisting the administration team with compiling client portfolios
Attending daily sales meetings and in house training
