lv cladding solutions LV Cladding Solutions Pty Ltd based in Woodville West SA 5011 is seeking a highly efficient and experienced Systems Analyst to apply the processes and methods used in existing ICT systems for our home building technology company to new installations and projects. This professional will also be involved in ongoing maintenance and upgrade projects, proposing modifications, additional system components, or new systems to meet user requirements across our projects. You will report directly to the Director and play a crucial role in ensuring a high standard of customer service, while adhering to the AS/NZS, AS/CA, and ISM standards applied in South Australia. This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis. Benefits Annual salary: AU$75,000 – AU$80,000 + Superannuation Task & Responsibilities • Analyse and diagnose technical problems, including installation, maintenance, repair, upgrade, and configuration across various aspects of infrastructure, cabling, software, and hardware. • Diagnose system errors and functionality failures, and write code in accordance with testing protocols and quality standards. • Create and review technical documentation, such as procedure guides and manuals, operating instructions, reports, and technical specifications, including maintenance inventory systems. • Ensure the continued operation and performance of business-specific applications, including DataBuild, AutoCAD, and ArchiCAD on projects. • Support upgrades, migrations, and new deployments of business systems. • Manage installation and application changes in conjunction with management processes, including testing and cutover. Facilitate support in investigating and resolving application issues. • Provide expert advice to installations and end-users. • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Windows Server environment and SQL database management. • Produce appropriate build, operation, and documentation, such as business requirements, system design, and configuration. • Research and recommend new equipment, software, applications, and processes to increase efficiency within the business. • Liaise with our IT systems support team. • Manage on-site hardware and software support for staff and address any urgent issues that arise in conjunction with IT systems support.
